Hello my name is Elodie, I am originally from Geneva but I have lived for over twenty years with my family in beautiful Apulia. A few years ago we decided to buy a property with some trulli in the countryside of Ostuni. The property in question was characterised by the presence, of several plants of Agave. A unique presence among the centuries-old olive trees that has so impressed us that we decided to conserve the plants and honor them by giving the name Agave to the Villa.
